Casual Pick Packers

We are seeking highly motivated and safety-focused Pick Packers to join our high-volume, fast-paced facility in Hazelmere.

This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in similar environments, can work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines — all while maintaining the highest safety standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality

• Excellent attention to detail and picking accuracy

• Ability to exceed KPIs without compromising safety

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment

• Current WA driver’s licence with reliable transport

• Availability for shifts from 6:00am – 2:30pm with flexibility to work overtime as needed

Key responsibilities:

• Safely picking, packing, and checking products

• Using RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfilment

• Processing, sorting, stacking, and wrapping of products

• Maintaining clean and organised work areas (safety starts with housekeeping)

• Following all company safety procedures and reporting hazards immediately
