We’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals who want more than just a bartending job. This unique opportunity allows you to work across both a’Mare and Vista’Mare, developing your skills in two distinct premium concepts while working alongside some of Australia’s best hospitality professionals.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Casual Cocktail Bartender to join our front-of-house team at a’Mare & Vista’Mare Sydney.

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service, crafting classic and contemporary cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences that reflect the warmth, elegance and professionalism our venues are renowned for.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a consistently high standard.
• Deliver warm, attentive and professional guest service.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume premium dining environment.
• Uphold venue standards, policies and service procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.
• Pouring an excellent coffee with gorgeous latte art

About You

• You’ll ideally have:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and premium spirits.
• Knowledge of Italian amari, aperitivi and Italian spirits is a major advantage.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Current NSW RSA.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
