Video Editor & Content Producer

NCPro Visuals is looking for a creative Video Editor & Content Producer to join our team on a casual basis.

We’re an established real estate media business producing property photography, video and content for agents and businesses across Australia.

This role will involve editing a varied mix of property videos, short-form social content, interviews, testimonials, agent branding content, advertising creative and other commercial video projects.

Some property work will involve more premium or customised edits, including projects incorporating AI-assisted elements, visual effects and more creative storytelling.

You’ll also help turn footage captured by our photography team into regular social media content for NCPro Visuals.

We’re actively exploring how AI can enhance video production and creative workflows, so an interest in new tools and emerging technology is highly valued.

The mix of work will vary from week to week depending on client projects and business requirements.

We’re more interested in your portfolio, creative instincts and attitude than formal qualifications.

You might be a junior-to-mid-level editor looking for more varied creative work, or an experienced freelancer looking for consistent ongoing projects.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Strong video editing skills

• A good eye for pacing, storytelling and visual style

• Experience editing polished property, commercial or lifestyle content

• A strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and short-form video

• Experience editing interviews or talking-head footage

• Good audio and colour fundamentals

• Basic motion graphics skills

• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar

• Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Descript or similar

• An interest in AI-assisted creative tools and emerging video technology

• Strong file-management and organisational skills

• The ability to work independently and manage deadlines

• The ability to take feedback and turn revisions around efficiently

Photography or videography experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential.

The role will initially be approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on workload.

Hours will be flexible rather than tied to fixed days, so we’re looking for someone with reasonable weekday availability who can adapt when projects require quicker turnaround.

We are based on the Gold Coast and would ideally love to find someone local. However, much of the role can be completed remotely and we are open to strong applicants elsewhere in Australia.

For Gold Coast-based applicants, there may also be opportunities for occasional in-person collaboration or involvement in selected content shoots.

There is potential for the hours and responsibilities of the role to grow over time.

• $38–$45 per hour + super, depending on experience
