Full-Time 2IC – Dental Practice

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting people, solving problems and helping a busy practice run smoothly. You will work closely with the practice owners and become a trusted source of support for our dental, assisting and reception teams. No two days in this position will be exactly the same.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the practice
• Guiding and assisting our reception and dental teams
• Coordinating staff rosters and helping manage daily workflow
• Assisting on reception and chairside
• Monitoring accounts and following up outstanding debtors
• Keeping practice procedures, systems and manuals up to date
• Helping train and support team members
• Communicating openly and addressing concerns promptly
• Handling patient enquiries or complaints with care and professionalism
• Working with the practice owners to improve systems and solve problems

• Previous dental experience and experience in a senior reception, coordination or leadership position will be highly regarded
