Sales Representative – Irrigation & Water Solutions

Are you a hands-on, customer-focused person with a genuine can-do attitude who enjoys working with irrigation and water systems?

Country Water Solutions is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at our specialist irrigation store in Davenport. We are the Bunbury Irrigear specialists — locally owned and operated experts in pumping, irrigation, filtration and water management, serving residential, commercial and agricultural customers across the South West.

About the Role

This is a full-time position focused on delivering excellent customer service on the sales floor and supporting the smooth running of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers to find the right products on the sales floor

• Answering customer questions about product features, benefits and suitability

• Processing transactions using point-of-sale software

• Walking the sales floor each shift to note and recommend pricing or spatial improvements

• Staying up to date with current promotions

• Identifying products that need replenishing and coordinating with the Sales Manager to restock

• Resetting the sales floor to visual standards at the end of each day

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong customer service focus

• Experience in the irrigation or water industry (highly regarded)

• Reliability, good organisation and the ability to work as part of a small team

• Willingness to work occasional Saturday shifts during busy periods

Hours & Pay

• Full-time: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40-hour week)

• Rate: $30 – $35 per hour depending on experience

• Occasional Saturday shifts required during peak seasons
