What you’ll build with us:
This is a dynamic commercial role for a highly independent operator who thrives in high growth environments, creating their own templates, processes and workflows while getting deals done. Expect to drive net new revenue and manage the campaign lifecycle from pitch through to optimisation, upsells and cross-sells, monetising KICK's explosive global inventory of display, video and branded placements.

The impact you’ll make:

Ad Sales & Pipeline Management

• Own the execution of the ad sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiating, and closing media deals with brands and agencies.
• Maintain a clean and healthy commercial pipeline within CRM and Order Management tools, ensuring reliable deal tracking and revenue projections.
• Assist in developing and refining client-facing materials, media kits, and rate cards tailored to the fast-evolving needs of international advertisers.
• Negotiate insertion orders (IOs), programmatic access (PMPs/PG), and custom brand integrations.
• Actively contribute to meeting and exceeding group commercial milestones as KICK’s global monetization capability scales.

Post-Sales Support & Account Growth

• Monitor active campaigns to ensure successful execution, tracking client delivery and maximising ROI performance metrics.
• Act as a dedicated commercial point of contact post-sale, identifying organic paths to secure campaign renewals, cross-sells, and programmatic spend expansions.

External Engagement & Cross-functional Delivery

• Work hand-in-hand with the Creator Partnerships team to monetise international campaign leads, cross-selling ad placements into secondary markets and activating commercial pipeline opportunities brought in by the partnerships ecosystem.
• Coordinate closely with Ad Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign scheduling, troubleshooting, and commercial alignment.
• Actively design, establish, and optimise the documentation, sales collateral workflows, and templates required to transition the ad sales desk from startup chaos to a streamlined commercial engine.

Your track record:

• Experience in digital ad sales, media buying, agency sales or commercial digital revenue operations
• Deep operational comfort with programmatic ecosystems: DSP/SSP mechanics, PMPs, PG and automated audience targeting
• A proven track record managing an active pipeline and independently driving revenue
• Operational familiarity with ad sales platforms, CRM workflows and Order Management Systems
• Solid grounding in digital advertising fundamentals across display, video pre/mid-rolls and native sponsorships
• A self starter history of executing in ambiguous, unpolished, fast moving startup environments
• Refined communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Bonus points if you also have:

• Direct experience or familiarity with creator networks, streaming ecosystems, live broadcasting, entertainment or gaming platforms
• A second language, spoken natively or professionally (Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic), to work closely with international partners
• Existing commercial connections with international agencies, cross-border programmatic buyers or global digital platforms
