We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating all aspects of record keeping of Sales including CRM.
• Preparing formal Proposals and Contracts as requested from Sales Managers and DOSM.  
• A full understanding of Rooms Inventory and various types of Rooms to be able to explain details over the phone.   
• Maximize sales to meet revenue / budgets for the department
• Ensure effective communication between Sales and all other departments of the hotel (with particular reference to Reservations and Front Office)
• To demonstrate ‘Attention to Detail’ and exceed client expectations
