Commercial Analyst

We're looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our Operations team and help drive stronger commercial and operational performance across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves data, problem-solving and finding smarter ways to work.

What you'll do

• Analyse commercial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities

• Turn data into clear insights that help leaders make better commercial decisions

• Build and improve reporting, dashboards and performance measures across the business

• Support leaders with performance reviews, forecasting and commercial insights

• Find opportunities to simplify processes through automation, AI and technology

• Work with teams across Operations, Finance, Commercial and other business units

What we're looking for

You don't need to tick every box. We're looking for someone who is:

• Analytical, curious and commercially minded

• Strong with Excel, data and reporting

• Comfortable using or learning tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot or SQL

• A natural problem solver who looks for better ways to do things

• Confident working with stakeholders and turning data into practical outcomes

• Interested in AI, automation and digital innovation
