• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support to members, advisers and employers across a range of enquiries.

• Build trusted customer relationships by guiding customers through enquiries with confidence, empathy and care.

• Use multiple systems and resources to accurately resolve customer queries and maintain records.

• Identify, investigate and escalate issues where required to ensure the best customer outcomes.

• Work within compliance requirements and quality standards while striving to deliver great customer experiences.

• A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with experience in retail, hospitality, travel, airlines, contact centres, reception, administration or other customer-facing environments.

• Strong communication and engaged listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and create positive customer experiences.
• Confidence using multiple systems and learning new information in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to embrace feedback, coaching and continuous development.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

• Financial services experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you've built strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, we'll provide the training, coaching and support needed to help you succeed.
