Dental Receptionist

Trusted Dental is a dynamic and rapidly-growing modern dental practice looking for a motivated Front Office Team Member who wants to join our team

Join a boutique dental practice on the Gold Coast with highest standard of care to it's valuable patients. We are a very fun and supportive team and our focus is to provide our patients with an exceptional experience.

Job Requirements:

• Well presented, bright and cheerful personality to provide an exceptional first impression to our patients

• Working in a team and playing a vital role connecting the clinical and administration parts of a dental practice

• Good problem solving skills and understanding of patient scheduling and setting priorities

• Experience of work at dental front office

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft outlook and word

• Good phone skills (education will be provided)

• Basic dental assisting experience

Bonus skills (non-essential) :

• Experienced with Dental 4 windows software

• Experience with Excel software 

The job is a part-time front office position for 3-4 days per week (no weekend work required).
