Our client is a boutique Gold Coast law firm dedicated to responsive, personalised legal services — when you call, they answer. The primary purpose of this position is to independently manage a family law caseload while supervising and supporting junior legal staff.

Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own family law matters with autonomy
• Developing personalised, tailored solutions for each client
• Supervising and mentoring a junior lawyer from time to time
• Delivering proactive, empathetic and responsive client management
• Representing clients in court appearances, mediations and dispute resolution

The successful candidate will have:

• An unrestricted practising certificate
• Confidence supervising junior staff
• Ideally 4+ years PAE, with the ability to work independently
• A combination of Family Law and Wills/Estates experience (desirable, not essential)
