Vivid Property Perth is growing, and we're looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive Inspection Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role where you'll be out on the road, interacting with a variety of properties, and playing a key part in protecting our clients' assets and supporting our Property Managers.

As our Inspection Officer, you will be responsible for completing a variety of inspections across our residential portfolio, including:

Routine Inspections - attend scheduled properties and assess their overall condition

Final Bond Inspections - to assess the property against its original condition

Property Condition Reports (PCRs) - detail the overall condition of the property prior to a tenant moving in

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule

• Comfortable using apps and technology

• A valid driver's licence

• Previous experience in real estate or inspections is an advantage but not essential
