Front Counter Customer Service Representative

About the role

As our Front Counter Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free vehicle pick-up and return experience while ensuring all company protocols and safety checks are executed perfectly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, manage bookings, and assist with inquiries in person, via email, and over the phone
• Strictly follow established systems and procedures for rental agreements, vehicle inspections, payments, and ID verification
• Maintain absolute accuracy when entering customer data, processing insurance options, and updating vehicle statuses
• Handle customer questions or vehicle booking adjustments calmly and professionally

About you

• Valid Open Driver's Licence (Required)
• Excellent communicator who speaks clearly, listens actively, and can explain rental terms and insurance options in simple, easy-to-understand language
• High attention to detail, spotting small things from noting pre-existing vehicle damage to verifying credit card details accurately
• Thrive in environments with clear processes and understand that following workflows keeps customers safe and operations smooth
• Possess a warm, approachable personality combined with a polished demeanour that reflects brand standards
• Punctual, dependable, and ready to support your team during peak rental hours
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail (Highly regarded)
• Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new software systems
• Availability to work a full-time roster across 7-day operations (Hours between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM, including weekend shifts)
