Sales Estimator

THE CLIENT:
Our client, renowned for delivering quality builds within the investor market, is seeking a Sales Estimator to join their team and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the team leader your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assess new sales for compliance with company standards and policies
• Ensure current and correct documentation is utilized at all times
• Reconcile pricing against deposit dates.
• Identify solutions to achieve customer’s design requests whilst complying with company design guidelines.
• Maintain methods of cost Estimates and provide take off and tender pricing. Including, base house pricing, site costs and clients wish lists for upgrades from base house pricing. 
• Ensure sales estimates are compliant and satisfy all building codes, energy efficiency requirements, developer guidelines and local authority requirements.
• Ensure margins are maintained at pre-determined company benchmarks. 
• Ensure quality, accuracy, consistency and completeness of quotations and costings.  
• Excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders working closely with the Sales Team. 

• Demonstrated experience (minimum 1 years) in a Sales Estimating role or similar in the Volume residential industry.  
• Experience in software (or similar): DataBuild / BlueBeam 
• Understanding of workflow stages 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong eye for detail with an analytical approach
• Diploma of Building or equivalent tertiary qualification is advantageous
