This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join an established Perth accounting and advisory firm where you'll have genuine client ownership, direct Partner exposure and a clear pathway towards Manager.

You'll manage a quality portfolio of SME and privately owned clients while developing your skills across Business Services, Tax and Advisory.

This is a role for someone who wants more than simply processing compliance work — you'll have the opportunity to build client relationships, contribute to advisory conversations and progressively take on greater responsibility.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of SME and privately owned clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, BAS and IAS.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as a key point of contact across your client portfolio.
• Assist with tax planning and broader business advisory matters.
• Work directly with Managers and Partners on more complex client matters.
• Review work completed by junior accountants and support their development.
• Identify opportunities to provide clients with broader accounting and advisory solutions.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in Australian public practice accounting.
• Strong Business Services and Tax experience.
• Experience managing or working with a portfolio of clients.
• CA/CPA qualified or currently progressing towards completion.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Confident communication and client relationship skills.
• Someone who wants to continue developing towards a Manager-level role.
