Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of coffee machines, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to enhance their experience and address any queries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Barista experience in a similar role
• Experience in front of house roles within the hospitality industry
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
• Attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills
