A 50:50 day and night shift arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.The Detail:Flexible incentives available: a generous sign-on bonus or relocation assistance*Exposure to a varied and challenging emergency and critical care caseloadSpecialist-led mentorship and support1 week of Study leave each year to support continued education and professional developmentMonthly department meetings to discuss all things ECC as well weekly presentation mornings (with coffee) to foster peer to peer learning on a variety of topics and areasInter-department collaboration with our specialist lead surgery and anaesthesia departmentsClear career progression pathways and ongoing professional development opportunitiesAbout you:You hold a DVM or equivalent veterinary degreeEligible for registration with the Victorian Veterinary BoardYou have at least 2+ years’ experience working in an Emergency or ICU hospital/department, or 2+ years in General Practice with exposure to on-call or after-hours work. Confidence working across a rotating roster including nights and weekendsA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient careExperience with EzyVet and SmartFlow is an advantage, but not essential.
