About the role
Mater Private Hospital Gold Coast is seeking Registered Nurses to work within our Perioperative Theatres. Mater has finalised the strategic acquisition of Healthscope’s Gold Coast Private Hospital, this is a significant milestone in Mater’s commitment to delivering exceptional and compassionate care to Queensland communities.
We have four Registered Nurse contracts coming available shortly, we are seeking 2 x full time 12 month maximum term contract and 2 x part time 32 hours per week 12 month maximum term contracts available. We are also seeking casual Scrub/Scouts The successful candidates will be required to work across a 7-day rotating roster including, early and late shifts, and on call.
The Perioperative Unit specialises in Orthopaedics, Neuro/Spinal, ENT, Urology and Cardiothoracic. As a highly valued member of the team, you will be part of a group of professionals who take pride in providing the highest levels of patient care. The team is supportive, approachable and patient-focused, and provides excellent training and development opportunities.
Salary range: $44.06 - $56.52 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
