Strucural Revit Operator

Job tasks will include rapidly developing structural building information models (BIMs), annotating plan and details, creating three-dimensional renderings, rationalizing geometry for appropriate structural schemes, and assisting with creating structural narratives. As a BIM / Revit Operator, you will be collaborating with the BNI project manager and under the direction of the BIM / Revit Director.

The candidate should possess all of the following traits:

• Two years experience with REVIT structure.
• Experience at creating structural drawings preferred.
• Ability to work under the direction of engineers and REVIT Manager to develop structural model.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, pro-active and team-oriented.
• 40 hours per week min. plus flexible schedule to meet deadlines.

Average working 45 hours per week.

Estimated bonus 4k.
