About the role:
This role supports our Sales team, providing customer support and data entry of customer orders through:

• Processing customer orders via Redox’s in-house system

• Provide phone/email support for customer service enquiries

• Confidently liaise internally and externally with our transport, warehouse and sales team to ensure our customer deliveries are completed in a timely manner

About you:

You are forward thinking, possess excellent time management, problem solving and organisation skills, with high attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent communication skills – verbal and written with a polite and professional phone manner.

Essentials:

• Demonstrated previous experience in a similar administration role
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
• Ability to work to meet deadlines

• Ability to work both within a team environment and independently

• Reliability and punctuality, be a forward thinker
  

Training on our customised in-house system will be given however experience in a similar customer service role and administrative skills would be looked upon favourably.
