Artistry Hair & Cosmetic Lounge is seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser / Hair Stylist to join our growing team. We are a premium salon known for delivering exceptional blonding, colour transformations, extensions, styling, and client experience.

✂️ About the Role – Senior Hairdresser / Hair Stylist

This role is ideal for a confident and experienced stylist who is passionate about:

• Blonde specialists, balayage, and advanced colouring techniques

• Cutting and styling

• Hair extensions

• Delivering high-end salon services and client consultations

• Building and maintaining a loyal client base

You will also support junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-focused salon culture.

🌿 Key Responsibilities

• Perform colour services (blondes, balayage, foils, toning, corrections)

• Deliver cutting and styling services

• Conduct professional client consultations and recommendations

• Maintain a high standard of salon presentation and hygiene

• Build strong client relationships and retention

• Mentor and support apprentices and junior stylists

✔️ Skills & Experience Required

• Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent)

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Hairdresser / Hair Stylist

• Strong experience in:

  • Blonde and colour work

  • Cutting and styling

  • Hair extensions (desirable)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment

• Passion for hair, beauty, and client satisfaction
