Customer Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Incitec Pivot Fertilisers team in Brisbane CBD, based in our modern Edward Street office. In this role, you will support the delivery of a seamless customer experience by managing customer enquiries, processing orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams, you will play an important role in supporting Ridley’s customers while helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations across the business. Ridley offers: A friendly, down-to-earth workplace Supportive leadership and team culture Ongoing training and coaching Rewards and recognition programs Opportunities to develop your career across the business Employee discounts and wellbeing initiatives   Key responsibilities: Deliver high quality customer service by responding to customer enquiries via phone and email Manage customer orders through the order-to-cash process, including order entry and amendments Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Distribution and Logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full Resolve customer enquiries and service issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate order and customer information in business systems Conduct outbound customer contact where required to provide updates or gather information Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience The key skills required for this role include:　 Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues Experience using Microsoft Office and business systems Experience in customer service, order management or call centre environments (desirable) How to apply?
