ABOUT THE ROLE
Backam Group is currently seeking an experienced Twin Tyne Forklift Operator to join the team a Pallet manufacturing company in Wetherill Park. This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
📍 Location: Sydney Metro Area
💰 Pay Rate: $37.50 per hour casual
⏰ Shift: 6:30am - 2:00pm Monday to Friday
📅 Employment Type: Ongoing Casual with Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Working within a busy industrial and manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for safely operating twin tyne forklifts, loading and unloading materials, and supporting warehouse and production teams.

You are a reliable and safety-focused forklift operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
✅ Current LF Forklift Licence
✅ Experience operating Twin Tyne Forklifts
✅ Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
✅ Strong commitment to workplace safety
✅ Current driver's licence and reliable transport
✅ Ability to work independently and within a team
✅ Good communication skills and strong work ethic
