ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be hands-on, responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients, executing campaigns to send client results through the roof. You’re driven to achieve performance digital marketing results for your clients. You are analytical and strategic with the ability to use data-driven marketing to make key decisions in terms of improving sales and lead generation. You can demonstrate previous experience relating to the strategizing, planning, and execution of single-channel campaigns, as well as supporting the strategizing, planning, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
THE ROLE
Develop strategies for digital marketing campaigns. This includes working with new clients, current clients and our internal team to define business goals and develop a digital marketing strategy to meet objectives;Setup, manage and optimise campaigns within Google AdsConducting, measuring, and implementing the results of A/B tests for ad copy and targeting;Analyse data within those platforms and GA4 to interpret performance and determine winning strategies;Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for optimisations on a monthly basis;Manage landing pages and websites to install conversion codes and tracking pixels;Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments (especially in paid advertising) and establish best practices in digital marketing; andEvaluating budget levels and providing recommendations
WHAT WE VALUE & EXPECTMinimum 3 + years experience building, managing, and optimising Paid Social campaignsExperienced in using Google Analytics (or similar analytical platforms)Understanding of the paid social landscape (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest etc.)Google Ads CertifiedExperience within an agency or in-house studio environment;Clear, confident communicator;A personal drive for success;Team player - we work together here;Grace when under pressure;Loves learning and not afraid to make mistakes;A “whatever it takes”, can do attitude;Superior time management skills;
