Hospitality All-Rounder

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you’ll work across different areas of the venue, including:

• Welcoming customers and assisting with enquiries

• Answering phone calls and assisting with bookings

• Customer check-ins and registrations

• Preparing and serving drinks

• Serving food to customers

• Maintaining a clean and presentable bar and venue

• Supporting customers across our arcade, golf and go-karting areas

• Assisting with birthday parties, corporate events and functions

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident and approachable

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable and able to work well within a team

• Comfortable working in a busy environment

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred

• Current RSA is required

• Availability across evenings and weekends

• Saturday availability is important

• Working With Children Check and Police Clearance is preferred
