Crumpets by Merna is an artisan manufactor based in Caringbah, specialising in premium handmade crumpets and English muffins. We proudly supply many of Australia's leading cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers and airlines, and we're continuing to grow.

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Allrounder to join our production team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in quality, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Working as part of our production team, you'll assist with a range of daily tasks, including:

• Food preparation and cooking

• Packaging finished products

• Quality control and maintaining high product standards

• Cleaning and maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment

• General production and kitchen duties

• Following food safety and workplace procedures

• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery or food production environment (preferred)

• Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic

• Is physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Works well both independently and as part of a team

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Has a genuine interest in producing high-quality food

• Has Food Safety knowledge or experience (advantageous)

• Monday to Friday roster – no weekend work and no night work

• Early finishes

• Stable, ongoing casual employment
