Find purpose and impact
As the Operations Coordinator at Dubbo Regional Livestock Markets, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the largest cattle selling centre in New South Wales and one of Australia's premier livestock facilities. Leading a high-performing team, you'll coordinate maintenance programs, contractors and key stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient and compliant operations.

You'll mentor and develop your team, build strong industry relationships, and play a key role in the ongoing success and future growth of one of Australia's most respected livestock markets. Supported by an experienced Manager and collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact every day.
You'll make an impact by:
Building strong relationships with stock and station agents, contractors and industry stakeholders to support efficient and effective market operations.
Coordinating maintenance programs, asset improvements and operational projects that contribute to the ongoing success of the facility
Leading the day-to-day operations of the largest cattle selling centre in New South Wales and one of Australia's premier livestock facilities
Mentoring and developing a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
Upholding high standards of animal welfare, compliance and customer service across one of Australia's most respected livestock markets
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Demonstrated experience leading and supervising operational teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Strong knowledge of livestock industry operations, animal welfare requirements and business operations.
Experience coordinating asset maintenance activities.
General administrative skills demonstrating a competent level of literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills.
We would also love you to have:

Experience in saleyard operations and supervision
A strong understanding of compliance, risk management and Chain of Responsibility requirements within a livestock market environment

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $91,698 to $106,566
