Marketing & Content Coordinator – Construction & Property

One Co Building is an established Sydney-based construction company specialising in high-end residential building and property development.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing and help grow the One Co brand.

This is not a role where you’ll simply be given content to post. We want someone proactive who can come up with ideas, organise content, coordinate campaigns and help turn our projects, people and expertise into a strong digital presence.

The role will include:

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant social channels

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar

• Create, edit and publish Reels, short-form videos, stories and posts

• Attend our Sydney projects to capture behind-the-scenes and progress content

• Work directly with the Director to develop personal/founder-led content

• Coordinate professional photographers and videographers when required

• Develop content ideas around construction, property development, project costs, design and behind-the-scenes building

• Organise podcast appearances, collaborations, PR and other brand opportunities

• Write captions, website content, email campaigns and marketing material

• Manage and improve our website content

• Assist with SEO and Google search visibility

• Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns

• Develop campaigns designed to generate genuine building and renovation enquiries

• Track leads, advertising performance, website traffic and marketing results

• Report on what is working and continually improve our marketing strategy

• Work with external specialists where required rather than trying to do everything yourself

About you

We’re looking for someone who is creative but also commercially minded. You understand that marketing needs to ultimately generate attention, enquiries and opportunities — not just likes and followers.

Ideally you will have experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising or SEO. Experience in construction, property, architecture or a premium service business would be highly regarded.

You should be confident working independently, comfortable dealing directly with the business owner and willing to get out to projects and create content rather than sitting behind a desk all day.

This role would suit an experienced marketer looking for a flexible part-time position with genuine ownership over a growing brand.
