Executive Assistant to CEO

Our client, a well-established and respected not-for-profit organisation based on the Sunshine Coast, is looking for an experienced EA to provide high level executive support to their CEO.

About the role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be the trusted right hand who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Duties include:

• Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, coordinating meetings, travel and competing priorities with ease
• Prepare, format and proofread correspondence, reports and board papers to a high standard
• Organise and attend meetings and events, taking accurate minutes and following up on actions
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, delivering a high standard of service and using sound judgement to manage access to the CEO
• Support the CEO in implementing and improving systems and processes across the business
• Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality

About you

• Experience in executive level administration support
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and confident, professional written communication
• The ability to anticipate needs, work autonomously and juggle competing priorities without missing a beat
• Experience supporting organisational governance requirements
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Impeccable attention to detail and time management

What you'll need

• Evidence of your right to work in Australia
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) 
• A current Open C Class driver's licence
