As a Casual Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our store. You will drive growth by delivering an infectious customer experience, smashing sales targets, and ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels the Okanui vibe.
Drive Sales: Actively seek out and close sales opportunities. You’ll use your expert product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell, consistently exceeding your individual KPIs.
Customer Excellence: Be Customer-Focused. Create moments that delight and build lasting relationships with our community.
Live the Brand: Represent the Okanui image through professional grooming and an Authentic personality that honors our heritage.
Operational Quality: Take Accountability for store standards—from pristine visual merchandising to accurate cash handling and stock management.
Foster Connectivity: Work collaboratively with a fun, high-performance team, communicating with transparency and respect.
A Sales Hunter: You thrive on hitting targets and aren't afraid to proactively engage and "push" for the sale.
