Customer Relations Representative 

SCHADS Level 2 | Ongoing Contract | Guaranteed Minimum 20 hours per week 

Based at one of Skylight’s Metropolitan Sites (Mile End, Christies Beach, Elizabeth)

Do you have experience working in a fast-paced Customer Service role and are you a passionate about wanting to help make a difference in the lives of people with mental health challenges? 

We are seeking a dynamic individual for an ongoing position with a guaranteed 20 hours a week and extra hours available by negotiation. This role is SCHADS Level 2 and will be based at one of our three metro sites (Mile End, Christies Beach, Elizabeth)

Company Overview

Skylight Programs deliver a range of recovery-oriented community mental health services by working alongside people experiencing mental illness, family and friends who care for them, and the broader general South Australian community.

Role Overview

In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for Skylight participants, carers and referrers, connecting them with our services.  Working as part of a team, your role will also include rostering/bookings management and proactively engaging with stakeholders via phone, email, face to face, or other emerging technology, to achieve participant and organisational goals.  

Requirements for Success

• Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal.

• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to embrace change and strive for continuous improvement.

• A proven customer centric attitude.

• Customer service skills and experience.

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management databases would be advantageous.

• DHS Working With Children Check and DHS NDIS Worker Check.
