Seadan Fyshwick is looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales, not just gain a bit of experience and move on.

You’ll start inside the branch learning the products, customers and how the business operates. From there, you’ll step into managing relationships and eventually move into an External Sales role if that's what you desire.

The opportunity is real, but it’s for someone who is serious about it.

What You’ll Do

You’ll start hands-on, learning the fundamentals properly.

That means working across the counter, phones and warehouse, getting to know the products and customers inside out.

As you build confidence and capability, you’ll take ownership of customers, manage repeat business and grow accounts. From there, you’ll transition onto the road.

Day to day, you will:

• Handle counter, phone and email sales
• Prepare and follow up quotes
• Support warehouse operations when needed
• Build strong, consistent customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts
