Bethesda Health Care is pleased to invite applications for the inaugural Bethesda Mount Graduate Nursing Programs commencing in February 2027. We invite motivated and committed new Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses seeking a supportive, hands-on learning environment to join our dynamic team.
For more than 80 years, Bethesda has cared for Western Australians with compassion, clinical excellence and a patient-centred approach. From late September 2026, that same trusted care extends across two hospitals, including Bethesda Mount Hospital, a leading private hospital providing perioperative services, cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, coronary care, rehabilitation, day procedures and specialist surgical care. This graduate intake represents an exciting opportunity to join Bethesda Mount Hospital as we begin this new chapter together and build your nursing career across a diverse range of clinical specialties.
Our Programs:
Direct Entry Perioperative Nursing Program (Registered Nurses)
Focused perioperative experience with structured rotations across specialised clinical areas
Planned exposure may include scrub/scout, anaesthetics, Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) and Cardiac Catheter Laboratory (CCL)
General Graduate Nursing Program (Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses)
Two 6-month rotations across coronary care, cardiothoracic, surgical specialties, day procedures and rehabilitation
Exposure to a broad range of clinical settings and multidisciplinary teams
