Mat Pilates Instructor

We're are looking for a passionate and energetic Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team at Strive Fitness Mount Druitt!

We'd like someone who can create an engaging, welcoming and inclusive environment while delivering high-quality Mat Pilates classes for members of all fitness levels.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and professional classes
• Create a positive and motivating experience for every member
• Provide clear exercise demonstrations and modifications
• Ensure classes are safe, enjoyable and accessible for all fitness levels
• Build strong relationships with members and contribute to the Strive community
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy

About You

• Qualified Mat Pilates Instructor with a recognised certification
• Previous experience teaching group fitness or Pilates
• Confident, friendly and engaging personality
• Passionate about fitness, movement and helping people achieve their goals
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Ability to create an energetic and welcoming class environment
• Current First Aid/CPR and appropriate insurance
