THE ROLE

Based in our Gold Coast (Bundall) office, this role is ideally suited to a Property Solicitor looking for consistency, structure and a well-supported workflow.

You will manage a steady stream of conveyancing and property matters from instruction through to settlement, with support systems and processes already in place.

ABOUT YOU

You are a dependable and detail-oriented Solicitor who enjoys getting the job done properly.

You are commercially practical, comfortable managing matters through to completion and understand the importance of keeping clients informed throughout a transaction.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience (PAE), with demonstrated experience in residential conveyancing and property transactions

• Strong working knowledge of PEXA and LEAP

• High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Estate Planning experience is advantageous but not essential
