Role Overview

Based at our Ormeau site, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Poly Components Labourer to join our manufacturing team on a casual basis. This hands-on role is responsible for installing and fitting components to Taylex products, ensuring quality standards are met and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and practices to maintain a safe work environment
• Clean and prepare manufacturing moulds
• Measure, cut, and glue PVC and other components
• Install and fit components to finished products
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow quality control procedures and report any issues to supervisors
• Complete general labouring and housekeeping duties
• Follow instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets
• Work collaboratively within a team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A strong focus on workplace safety 
• 1-2 years' experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment
• Valid working rights in Australia
