Your Next Role - Process Operator
As a Process Operator, you will be trained and supported to operate a range of plant and equipment within our manufacturing facility. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality timber products while working safely, efficiently, and as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities Include
Operating and monitoring machinery and plant equipmentTroubleshooting issues to maintain safe and efficient operationsMaintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeepingWorking flexibly across different areas as requiredUsing technology and systems to meet production targetsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Available Positions & Rosters
Tuan roles offer flexibility across day, afternoon and night shifts. Whether you are seeking constant hours or flexibility to suit study, school hours or reduced days.
Tuan Green Mill - Day/Afternoon Rotation
Week 1 (Morning): Mon-Thu 6:00am-2:00pm, Fri 5:00am-11:00amWeek 2 (Afternoon): Mon-Thu 2:00pm-10:00pm (15% shift loading), Fri 11:00am-5:00pm
Tuan Green Mill – Night Rotation
Mon-Fri 10:00pm – 6:00am (30% loading)
You will bring:
A high commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.Ability to work as part of a team with good problem-solving skills.A desire to learn and high level of enthusiasm to develop new skills.Embracing and respecting others to assist in promoting an inclusive and diverse workforce.Flexibility to work across multiple areas and rotating shiftsBasic computer skills and problem-solving ability
Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided.
