Key responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility for running the dedicated fried rice wok station
• Confidently operate commercial woks and manage deep frying equipment
• Use precise cleaver skills to cut, portion, and prep meats and vegetables
• Work closely alongside 2 other chefs to maintain fast, high-quality food output
• Maintain strict cleanliness, wash dishes, and keep the commercial kitchen sanitised

About you

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working inside an Asian commercial kitchen
• Confident wok handling, deep-frying expertise, and sharp cleaver skills are essential
• Fluent English is required
• Ability to cope, multi-task, and stay calm under pressure during peak rush hours
• Self-motivated, highly reliable, and a strong team player
• Must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to and from work
