About the role 

Based in our Perth office, we are seeking a dynamic Team Leader. This pivotal opportunity will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of broking professionals and utilising strong leadership skills to ensure the team gets the best outcomes possible for our clients. This includes, but not limited to: 

• Partnering with Brokers, Insurers and Gallagher’s offices nationally  
• Dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis both by visits, telephone and correspondence  
• Management and growth of client portfolio

You will have: 

• The ability to lead people and drive the best results from a team of technical experts 
• Demonstrated experience leading teams 
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, brokers and colleagues 
• Tier 1 qualification (insurance broking) 
• An innovative way of thinking to improve and find better client outcomes
