Tassie Fine Foods is a well-established meat retail, production and distribution business based in Pakenham. We're looking for a skilled Retail or Wholesale Butcher to join our afternoon team, and we're offering something most in this industry can't: a consistent Monday to Friday roster.

The role:

• Afternoon shift, 3:30pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday

• Working across beef, chicken, lamb, and pork

• Slicing, dicing and preparing product to retail and wholesale specifications (cut to weight)

• Retail and/or wholesale butchery skills valued

• Pathways available into senior or specialist roles

What we're looking for:

• Fully qualified butcher preferred (Cert III or trade equivalent)

  • We will consider relevant experience

• Retail and/or wholesale experience welcome

• Strong knife skills across a range of cuts and species

• Food safety awareness and commitment to hygiene standards
