Step up and lead one of Santa photo experiences with Scene to Believe, where smiling faces and Christmas fun make every day memorable.

We’re hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (or as we like to call them, Chief Elves!) across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Chief Elf on one of our Santa photo sets, you’ll inspire, support and lead your team of Elves to create magical moments for every visitor. You’ll be the calm throughout the busy festive season, keeping the set running smoothly and ensuring every family has a memorable Santa photo experience.

We’re looking for Christmas Experience Team Leaders to drive performance across sites in the South East Brisbane Area, including:

Sunnybank Hills

Victoria Point Shopping Centre

Coomera

Hyperdome

Mt Gravatt

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiencesManaging daily operations, rosters and workflowWelcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and festiveBringing energy and maintaining positivity, even on the busiest daysLeading from the front with warmth, professionalism and a dash of festive flairOverseeing POS operations and ensuring visitor prints and photo packages are processed and presented with careMost importantly, ensuring every family receives a high-quality photo and a treasured keepsake of their Christmas experience

If You Are
