We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to own and scale paid social performance across Meta and TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer to drive growth in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve performance.
• Monitor tracking, pixel implementation, and campaign delivery.
• Analyse campaign results and provide actionable performance insights.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, and creative teams to achieve commercial goals.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in paid social marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets within eCommerce.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
