Located in Tullamarine, as part of world-class surfing destination URBNSURF with a menu that features the best of Victoria’s farms, wineries, craft breweries and artisan producers. You also get to enjoy the perks of being located next to perfect waves - either soaking up the atmosphere or grabbing your board and diving in!

Are you a coffee enthusiast with a knack for crafting the perfect cocktail? We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a dual role as Barista & Bartender.

Your Role Includes:

• Craft exceptional coffee and tea beverages with consistency and flair.

• Deliver warm, professional customer service, creating a welcoming environment.

• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with attention to detail.

• Managing stock and ensuring the bar and café areas are clean and organised.

Capabilities

• Experience in both barista and bartender roles is ideal, but we’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn.

• Someone who can switch seamlessly between making great coffee and shaking up amazing drinks.

• A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a love for hospitality.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Availability for morning or evening shifts, depending on the role, and weekends
