Your opportunity
At Mission Australia Housing, our Rent and Income team plays a vital role in helping residents maintain affordable housing by ensuring rent reviews, income assessments, and tenancy administration are managed accurately, fairly, and in line with legislation.
As our Customer Service Officer, Rent and Income, you will be the trusted connection between residents, internal teams, and stakeholders, helping to create positive housing outcomes while supporting one of Australia's leading community housing providers. Your attention to detail, customer focus, and commitment to service excellence will contribute directly to our vision of building hope and opportunity for people and communities across Australia.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
