Working closely with the Community Manager and onsite teams, you’ll foster an inclusive and engaged residential community, build strong relationships with local partners, and ensure students feel supported, connected, and safe throughout their stay. Your work will directly contribute to resident satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

You're an energetic, people-focused professional with experience in events, hospitality, community engagement, or student accommodation. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing creativity with strong organisational and operational discipline. Confident communicating with diverse audiences, you bring empathy to supporting residents and a proactive approach to solving problems. You enjoy mentoring casual staff, building a positive team culture, and delivering service to the highest standard. Adaptable and tech-savvy, you're comfortable with scheduling tools, CRM/EDM systems, and platforms like StarRez. Above all, you're passionate about creating meaningful experiences that help students feel welcomed, supported, and at home.
