Summary of Position
Manage rent increase and lease renewal documentation and processes
Coordinate incoming and outgoing management takeovers, including property files, records and keys
Conduct routine inspections and prepare ingoing condition reports
Provide general property management administration and day-to-day support
Assist with leasing activities, including applications, open inspections and renter follow-ups
Prepare management authorities, owner documentation and renter correspondence
Coordinate safety checks, property photography, cleaning and key management
Manage RTBA lodgments, South East Water and utility connections
Prepare Leasing and New Business client packs
Coordinate property advertising and Lease boards
Support Saturday open homes with each Friday day off in lieu
