BARISTAS - Next Door Espresso – Tweed Heads

We’re looking for fast, switched-on baristas to join our Tweed Heads team.

Next Door is a high-volume café pumping through 10kg+ of coffee a day. Basic barista experience is fine, what matters most to us is speed, attitude, reliability and your ability to learn quickly.

You’ll start casual at Level 2 Food & Beverage, with opportunities to move into full-time hours and Level 3 positions for team members who pick up our systems quickly, perform consistently and want to progress.

The Role

Our drinks bar is split across hot coffee + iced drinks, and we train our baristas across both. You’ll be rostered between stations and learn how our full drinks operation works.

Shifts generally range from 5–8 hours,

You must be available at least one weekend day per week.

We’re also building our team now ahead of our busy Christmas/summer period, so availability over summer is a big plus.
