DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO RUN A BUSY CAFÉ KITCHEN? Are you passionate about GOOD FOOD, BIG FLAVOUR & HAPPY CUSTOMERS? Do you love creating food that makes customers say “WOW!” and, more importantly, makes them come back for more? 28 Mason is looking for a FULL-TIME HEAD CHEF! We want someone who can take charge, lead a team and keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine — even when the tickets are flying! We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience running a busy café kitchen
- Is passionate about breakfast, brunch & lunch
- Takes pride in quality, flavour & presentation
- Can lead, motivate & manage a kitchen team
- Can stay cool under pressure
- Understands food costs, ordering, prep & wastage
- Has high standards for cleanliness & food safety
- Wants to create food that keeps customers coming back!
This is more than just a cooking job — we want someone who wants to OWN the kitchen and make it their own.
