About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at TOTALFLEX TAS as a full-time Internal Sales/Warehouse professional based in Launceston, Tasmania. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the company's warehouse and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, and in-person

• Assisting with the processing and fulfilment of customer orders

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels

• Coordinating the receipt, storage and distribution of goods

• Promoting the company's products and services to customers

• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a retail or warehouse environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues

• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail

• A team-oriented approach and a positive, can-do attitude
