About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our Home Care partnerships nationally. In this relationship-focused role, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with Home Care Providers, Care Partners and key stakeholders to expand referral pathways, increase access to allied health services, and support older Australians to live independently in their communities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and strengthening relationships with Home Care Providers and key aged care stakeholders.
• Growing referral pathways and identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Engaging with Care Partners, Care Managers and referral decision-makers.
• Developing proposals, presentations and partnership initiatives.
• Representing Plena at industry events, forums and networking opportunities.
• Collaborating with clinical, operational and leadership teams to support client outcomes and service growth.
• Maintaining stakeholder engagement and activity through Salesforce and other systems.

About You

You're a relationship-focused professional who enjoys building trusted partnerships and identifying opportunities to improve access to quality services. Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, you thrive on collaboration and are passionate about supporting positive outcomes for older Australians.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in business development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build credibility quickly.
• Experience in aged care, home care, healthcare or community services (highly regarded).
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, organised approach and experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights.
